Do not include names, email addresses, account details, credentials, or confidential document content. Reports are written to restricted deployment logs; there is no reply channel.

What happens next

The report receives a reference and enters restricted deployment logs. A material accepted correction updates the affected workflow, tests, version, reviewed date, change summary, and public change log. Submission is not a promise of response or a particular outcome.
