Builder and export data

Builder fields live in the current browser state. Final export values are sent to the server only to generate the requested file. The response is marked private and no-store. TemplateNook does not maintain a user account, saved-document database, purchase record, team library, or email-delivery list.

Do not enter passwords, access tokens, special-category personal data, confidential client information, or other secrets. Generated files are downloaded to the device controlled by the user.

Operational logs

Hosting infrastructure may record standard request information needed for security, reliability, and error diagnosis. Successful export events contain the workflow ID, format, and success state—not the document field values or an email address. Failed exports may record a technical error message.

Correction reports

The correction form deliberately has no name or email field. Its page reference, correction text, optional supporting context, timestamp, and generated reference are written to restricted deployment logs so the operator can review the report. Do not include personal or confidential information. There is no reply channel because no contact detail is collected.

Analytics and hosting

The site includes Vercel Web Analytics and is hosted on Vercel. Those services may process limited request and analytics data under their own documentation and configured retention. TemplateNook does not use this release to create advertising profiles or sell submitted document content.

Data minimisation and changes

The design follows the principle of collecting only what is needed for an explicit purpose. If persistent drafts, email delivery, accounts, or billing are ever introduced, this notice and the product must be updated before collection begins.
