Review dates change only after substantive review. This page records material product and content changes, not routine deploy timestamps.

Export reliability and validation corrections

  • Rejected XML-invalid text before final exports and required complete HTTP or HTTPS evidence links. Valid Unicode remains literal in Word and Excel exports.
  • PDF and ZIP exports now stop with a clear error when the embedded fonts cannot represent submitted text, rather than silently omitting characters. Word remains available for valid Unicode outside that coverage.
  • Builder errors now refresh after task edits, row removal, and document-control date changes.
  • Known retired taxonomy routes retain 410; unknown routes return 404. Empty or malformed hosts do not qualify for canonical redirects.
  • Corrected payment-interest guidance after a narrow check of the GOV.UK primary source. Entitlement depends on applicable law, contract, and jurisdiction; prior agreement is not a universal prerequisite. Payment workflow version 1.1.1 was reviewed on 9 October 2026 for this wording correction. No professional legal review, automatic rates, fees, or legal claims are added; the other four editorial records retain their July review dates.
  • Updated vulnerable framework and export dependencies. Removed the obsolete claim that workflow pages emit question structured data; visible reviewed answers remain.

Worked examples, field reasoning, and reviewed answers

  • Added 28 reviewed worked examples across the five workflows — six apology situations, six payment-reminder stages, six meeting follow-up shapes, five document-control configurations, and five onboarding task sets. Every example is a written illustration with invented names, references and amounts; none is a real customer, invoice or client record.
  • Added, per workflow, the reasoning behind each required field, a drafting method, the wording or practice to avoid, and reviewed answers to the questions the workflow actually attracts.
  • Answers touching legal, tax, regulatory or standards ground now state the boundary explicitly instead of implying coverage. No rich-result eligibility, certification, or conformance is claimed.
  • Fixed a soft-404: an unknown /templates/… URL returned HTTP 200 with not-found content because a streamed loading state flushed the response before the 404 was resolved. Unknown URLs now return a real 404 with the correct title.
  • Removed the global loading skeleton, so every prerendered page now serves its real content as the first thing in the HTML instead of placeholder blocks that required JavaScript to replace.
  • Folded the duplicate /generator listing into /templates with a permanent redirect rather than leaving two crawlable copies of the same content.
  • Search titles and descriptions now match the job each page owns, and each workflow page carries breadcrumb structured data alongside its existing document record.
  • Workflow versions moved to 1.1.0 with a fixed review date of 25 July 2026. Field models, validation rules, document models and export behaviour are unchanged, and every export was re-verified against the live release.

Truth reset and operational-studio release

  • Removed fabricated ratings, reviews, download counts, customers, pricing, trials, accounts, saved items, premium access, team features, and generic generation claims.
  • Consolidated 100 prototype records to five reviewed canonical jobs; unrelated retired URLs now return 410.
  • Added job-specific schemas, required-field validation, literal-text handling, preview parity, and explicit example mode.
  • Added real DOCX/PDF exports for all five workflows, XLSX and ZIP pack for onboarding, and honest Google copy actions.
  • Added document-control lifecycle fields, onboarding tasks, conservative apology/payment boundaries, and meeting decision/action structure.
  • Added methodology, sources, reviewer scope, safety notices, privacy, correction route, contact status, version history, and fixed review dates.
  • Rebuilt navigation, hierarchy, typography, responsive layouts, touch targets, focus behavior, statuses, empty states, and 404 semantics.
  • Reduced the sitemap to reviewed canonical pages and added explicit canonicals and noncanonical-host redirects.
